Goods can be purchased by telephone - please have all your details readily
available at the time of booking. At times the phone may be switched to voice mail,
please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
Cheques/Money Orders will be accepted, but goods will not be processed
until cheques have cleared.
POSTAGE:
At Beaded Solutions we use Australia Post for dispatching all products.
We strive to dispatch orders within 5 working days, if there is a
delay anticipated we will let you know at the time of ordering the product.
OUR GUARANTEE:
For Internet orders we guarantee a full refund of your money payable by
cheque (less postage and handling costs) when goods are returned within
7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition
and packaging. Please call first prior to returning goods. A refund will
then be forwarded to you within 7 days receipt of goods
being returned.
